Ministry International Inc. and Ministry International Institute strive to provide quality ministry services, educational programs, products, and resources.
Refund Eligibility
Payments made to Ministry International Inc. or Ministry International Institute may be eligible for a refund if requested within thirty (30) days of the payment date.
Refund requests submitted after thirty (30) days from the date payment was received are not eligible for refund consideration.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our office and provide:
Your full name
Date of payment
Amount paid
Reason for the refund request
Refund requests may be submitted by phone, email, or mail.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–14 business days. Actual processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
Non-Transferability
Refunds are issued to the original payment method whenever possible and may not be transferred to another individual.
Donations
Charitable donations that have already been receipted for tax purposes may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable laws and nonprofit regulations.
